I have received this reply today from using the contact form -
Thank you for contacting DMRI regarding a missing prize.
In this case, the prize sponsor is responsible for delivering your prize to you, their contact details were on the initial winner email we sent. I have also copied them into this email for you.
You will need to contact them directly and the prize sponsor should be able to resolve this for you. All I can suggest is to keep emailing them.
The other contact she is referring to is the person I was liaising with in the beginning who told me to contact the company myself as she no longer works for the brand. I have replied telling them this and copying in the original contact and also asked if there is someone else who can offer any help. I feel like I am going round in circles.

A bit of a comedy update
I thought I would contact the Flower company again but not the two direct contacts I was given, so I emailed their Customer Service department and their PR department and asked when they would be fulfilling this. I received a reply back tonight apologising (Apparently they have been so busy with Valentine’s Day, I won this in December ! )and telling me they would be sending me their Deluxe Jade bouquet valued at £250, there was a clickable link directing me to this bouquet. Funny thing is I know this bouquet wasn’t on their website the other day and the next most expensive bouquet is £100, nothing in between ! Almost as if it’s been invented just for me. Also on their site is a large Jade bouquet Which is the same photograph as the “deluxe” and costing £60.
It will be interesting to see what arrives, if anything, but I know I wouldn’t want to be paying for anything from this company that’s for sure.2 -
Well My Prize finally arrived this morning, a beautiful bouquet but I am still doubting the Value is £250 !2

Very nice but if this is the only one you get, then I think you are being short changed.
The original comp wording said "Have the most Instagramble fresh flowers delivered to that special woman in your life. Not once, but every week until Christmas!" (Closing Date was 7th December) Link: https://comps.menshealth.co.uk/competition/Bokxcomp_menshealth.php
Why not reply to them saying thanks and they are very nice but when will the other weeks get delivered.
ETA: bo-kx do show a Jade bouquet supposedly worth £250 on this page - https://bo-kx.com/product-category/valentines/. This is supposed to be "Deluxe Size" but it certainly doesn't look 4 times as big as the "Large Size" at £60 shown on the same page.1 -

As i said previously the £250 bouquet wasn't even on their website, but then magically appeared when they said they were sending me these, but I know its only the £60 version. Everyone I emailed seemed to be passing the buck and it was going round and round.
They clearly agreed to this for free advertising which is shameful, I only knew my flowers had been delivered today when I saw a Instagram post from them showing them on MY doorstep and clearly showing my postcode !
They kindly enclosed a card also offering me 10% off an order.. hahaha I think not.1
