CCJ on credit file pickedup from 6 jan ; dont have password ; civil enforcement limited

    HOwever your only choice to get this sorted is a set aside 
    You have to work on that starting now. You must read up on this, actross the newbies thread and other threads. Sitting and hoping all info will just appear will not work. 
    Why did you not see the claim form? Did it go to an old address?

    just didnt recieve the form ; the court do have the correct address ; maybe post

    What was the date of judgment? The CCBC WILL KNOW 
    If you are inside one month of this you could consider paying it to ensure the CCJ is removed
    what are the times lines ; do i have to pay and email county court inside a month ; 

    in this circumstance is it better for me to set aside or pay civil enforcement

    the amount is 290 with 97 for costs and 187 for claim

    You have 30 days from the date of judgment to pay without it appearing on your Credit File
    My guess is you are now outside of that, given you didnt give us the date of judgment
    Meaning Set Aside required

    the date on ccj is 6 jan today being 5 feb i working that i am within the 30 days

    But it is now after 4pm on 5th February - a Friday.
    Anything you instigate now will not be actioned until Monday 8th February at the earliest.
