Saga holidays

We have had a river cruise with Saga cancelled. We booked through a travel agent, they said we can rebook but no incentive was offered to do this. We have also had a land holiday cancelled which was booked direct with Saga, they have offered us a discount if we want to re book.
I wonder if the agent is keeping the river cruise discount?

Ask Saga but I very much doubt it. When incentives are offered, they are for the named passenger only, the voucher cannot be used by anyone else0

It's not a voucher it was in the phone conversation....0

Nothing to suggest that there might be an incentive if you allow Saga River Cruising to hold your credit. They just indicate a full refund.0
