    Strictly true.

    The buyer will not have access to the sellers address from their bank details.

    strictly not true - buyer can apply to court for a norwich pharmacutical.order forcing the bank to  disclose seller's name and address in order to serve court documents. It would, however, be expensive.

    This is correct, however it is a 'Norwich Pharmacal Order', rather than 'Pharmaceutical'
