    Thats Classic..... (No pun intended):D
  • I've held one of their 34% cards for the last 5 years always with a paltry £800 credit limit, I am sick to death of getting credit card cheques from them with a load of spin saying they could 'save me money'. Theres no cheque fee but they are charged at the cash rate so probably more like 40% APR!.

I got some cheques last week and lost my temper, cut the card up wrote them a letter saying I wanted the account closed.

They are an awful credit card company, they charged me £29 for a card upgrade & limit increase from £200 to the £800 and made it sound in the letter like I would be getting a better account but there was no difference apart from the word 'premier' on the card and obviously the increased limit.

    Good riddance C1!
