Excellent outcome and further proof that Plan A (the landowner/retailer complaint) is a very sensible and often successful first step. Way to go!  Well done. 👍

That screenshot shows how damn easy it is for Subway to cancel these with a click of a button, so one wonders why some retailers are not as helpful.

Well done - PLAN A STRIKES AGAIN!

Just look it up at any time on the CEL website to check its current status. If it shows a favourable outcome for you, take a screenshot and keep it for posterity for at least 6 years. CEL are noted for having pulled some nasty stunts over the years - seriously - like pursuing many staff of the Co-op for parking while working, when the Co-op pulled the plug on their parking contract. They'd stored up the photos and evidential detail for years, then extracted their revenge!  Nasty!

Noted. Just checked on CEL website and it states PCN cancelled. Not much to take a screenshot of because when the check is done, the form resets and no longer shows PCN ref number. But I still took a screenshot just in case. This is going into archive for 6 years now.
