Hi All,
Just checking bank statements and find that I`ve been paying an annual charge for XBox Live Gold since 2016. The subscription was cancelled at the end of 2015! I`ve tried to work my way through Microsoft Online with no luck. Does anyone have a contact email in the UK that I could use to get hold of Microsoft to discuss this?

Do you have anything to backup that it was cancelled in 2015 ?
How have you only just noticed ?0 -
No longer using a console and removing your account from it doesn't cancel the subscription. You either have to log onto the MS website and cancel the subscription there or cancel it through the Account settings in the Xbox dashboard. Did you do either of those things?

Thanks for this guys. The Xbox actually belongs to my son. I`ll make contact with Microsoft and see if I can negotiate a refund. It now looks like my son cancelled his account but we didn`t cancel the subscription.
