Any suggestions on a product to do a patch up? White, and the chips have exposed the bare metal. Quite a few of them some up to 3 MM in diameter. I hate gritters.

Touch-up pen. Make sure you get the right white. White is not just white.0

Halfords sell kits for popular/common colours that includes a primer, a top coat and a lacquer. You need a tiny brush, a steady hand and a day that is not to hot or cold. If the bare metal has been exposed, it would be better to use a primer first. The comments I post are my personal opinion. While I try to check everything is correct before posting, I can and do make mistakes, so always try to check official information sources before relying on my posts.0

It is best to touch it up including with primer to prevent rust. However, my experience of Halfords touch up paints is that the colours can be way off. I’ve used a Ford green, a Nissan red, and a VW white (the closest match). I found the paint forms a drop due to surface tension so you get a bump when dry. Maybe there are ways to do it well.0

I've used Turtle Wax Color Magic White Colour Polish with Chipstick before. They do it in white. But I've only used black. Some people say it doesn't last. Some of my chips are still filled and polished 2 years later, thats good enough for me.
