Goods arrive after 30 days

Looking back at this after what 4 years and reading the comments that folks added leaves me wondering about the motives and principals of people logged in here.  It seems everyone wants to appear intelligent or just be cutting and no one could offer constructive advice never mind sympathy. Only one person came close but misconstrued who was wanting to get legal.
Anyway, I followed the CCJ procedures and the court suggested that as it was outside 30 days that the seller should arrange for collection.  I appended the proof of redelivery and the CCA was closed.  Having failed to communicate and then got all legal the seller wasted their money at the CC.  eBay took a dim view and sanctioned the seller.

So, did you get the car fixed?
With these parts, or parts from another source?
Given that you stated this was causing you stress and anxiety, was it worth that pain over a protracted four-year period?
