Ocean Florida refunds and Travel Trust

My Ocean Florida holiday was cancelled by them in June. They repeatedly change the refund dates and I still haven't received my money. Their t's and c's state that all the money is held in trust by Travel Trust and isn't released until the holiday commences. I spoke to an independent travel agent who is a member of Travel Trust who said he paid his clients back in 2 days using the money held by Travel Trust. Travel Trust have told me to complain to them which points to Ocean Florida having been given the money. OF haven't answered my questions. Can anybody tell me what has happened to my money.

I expect it is held by them (in the travel trust account) and in the form of a credit ready for you to either rebook or ask them for a refund of the amount. You money is safe but equally if you now would like it returned then they should do this. Have you actually spoken to Ocean Florida and conveyed your request?0
