Where has my credit rating gone?

Hi all, wonder if anyone has experienced this / can help me? I am mid 50s with all the credit rating boxes ticked - electoral role, bank accounts, credit cards that I pay off every month, a mortgage, etc. Last May (2020) I had a great credit rating (Experian report through MSE credit club). Then someone applied for credit in my name, also in my husband's name. These applications were caught and Experian removed them from my credit rating last August. Then last week I applied to open a Virgin Money savings account and was declined, so I thought I better check my credit rating. Now none of the credit rating companies seem to be able to find me or my husband. We have 'thin credit files' apparently, according to CreditKarma and Transunion - neither can identify us. Experian need 5 more days to try and identify us. Even the MSE credit club no longer seems to recognise my account and won't respond to my requests for a new password. Has anyone experienced something similar?
Thanks in advance!
Thanks in advance!

If your accounts are not being found, you need to escalate a complaint with each of the CRAs.
Have you also checked Equifax?1 -
Thanks, no I haven't tried Equifax. Will do that.0

Also check cifas as if you’ve had fraud against you then there may be information held there.2

Your credit rating is only seen by you, your history is whats important here.1

THanks all. Think I'm getting there now.0

I'm having the same issue with Transunion/Credit Karma although as far as I know, I've not had any fraudulent attempts to gain credit in my name and I can still access my data via Clearscore and Experian. My credit file seems to have disappeared overnight and now they say it's thin and I can't be authenticated! Have you had any luck getting Transunion to fix the issue?0
