If I have a British gas smart meter reading installed it will automatically take regular readings. Am I able to subsequently download these readings from their web site?

Hi,
I'm sure the only meter readings you can get from your BG account are the ones they use for the billing.0 -
Thanks jessmist. Thats what I thought - it seems they can keep data about my daily consumption which I can't get at myself! Is there any other supplier who allows you to download smart meter readings?0
-
Presumably the readings could be obtained via a Subject Access Request, although that might be a bit clunky for repeated use?0

Thanks for the ideas Dolor:Octopus and Bright appear to be electricity but not gas supppliers: my requirement is to monitor gas useage not electricity.Hildebrand appears to be a software supplier and consultancy targetting energy suppliers.N3rgy appears to be a commercial data collector/vendor - to sign up you need 50 properties for which they charge £4000 per year - but maybe I have read their web site incorrectly - please advise me if you think I can register for an individual property.0

This is a snapshot from Bright App:No devices show meter readings (apart from some IHDs).

Thanks Dolor. That looks like what I am looking for. So the next step is for me to try and get British Gas to install a smart meter and see I how I get on.
