RULES

1.     The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at https://www.capitalfm.com/terms-conditions/ (the “ Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions apply to ‘Rustlers Capital CBC Comp’ radio competition (the “Competition") which will run from 1/2/21 to 7/2/21 on Capital (the “Radio Station”).

2.     Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.  

Details of the Competition:

3.     To enter the Competition an Entrant must go online to https://www.capitalfm.com/ and register their details.  Online entry will open at 00:01 on Monday 1st February 2021 and close at 23:59 on Sunday 7th February. 

4.     Entrants must answer the question provided on the online page to enter the competition. From all the correct and eligible entries, one winner will be selected at random and contacted via email. 

Eligibility:

5.     Entrant must be 18 or over.

6.     Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition. 

Prize:

7.     One winner will receive:

a.     £1,000 cash

b.     Rustlers Product (10 x coupons to the value of £22.50) 

Additional Prize Terms and Conditions:

8.     Rustlers to provide Rustler product via coupons

9.     Rustlers will provide 10 x coupons to each winner once they have been selected. Each coupon is for £2.50 (this is the maximum possible value per coupon), and is redeemable at Rustlers’ main retailers, either: COOP OR Tesco OR Sainsburys OR Morrisons.

10.     This coupon can only be used in payment for any product in the Rustlers’ range, excluding Rustlers Cook in Box XL Twin Pack or multipack. Only one coupon can be used per transaction, and it may not be combined with any other offer. The winner must not attempt to redeem this coupon against any other product as refusal may cause embarrassment and delay at the checkout. 

11.     This prize is non-transferable or refundable

12.     Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.

Sorry I don't know what you mean, there's only one Rustlers comp on their website

They are both Global comps with the same prize but with different questions and different End Dates they must be separate competitions. I entered both.

Sorry I didn't explain that properly. I meant can we enter the rustlers comp with the other radio station as some are once only across all of them. Thank you for getting back to me and thank you @BootsMullery for clarifying

Glad you got it sorted. It normally states in the T&Cs if the comp is running across other networks but this one only stated Capital as running it.
