Flood risk question

Hi im looking to buy an auction property, I was reading the legal pack and it is in a medium to high flood risk area and also ground stability is mod/high. My plan is to sell or turn to a btl is it worth buying this in terms of insurance problems as well as potential buyers being put off. Thanks

Where?Most of London for example is on clay so has ground stability risk.What's the flood risk? On a flood plain? Surface water or a nearby river?Insurance? Well have you checked?0

That's your decision to make. If you plan on selling on, potential buyers being put off would be you biggest concern. But the big housebuilders very often build on areas prone to flooding and seem to have no problems flogging their houses, so you might be ok.0
