Not an explicit RoW, like this - but open country under right-to-roam legislation.
As the judge might have said, "The fact that you don't like public access is immaterial, girl."
Excuse me while I throw something at you.

My evil friend does geocaching and hides whatever it is they hide in the hedge just beyond the  RoW that passes through a very expensive house's garden. The owners of the house have purchased two fields since moving here, presumably as some sort of buffer zone, because they're mown, not farmed, but the RoW still passes for 1/4 mile along the drive and down the right side of the garden.

As a geocacher I love that!  I've often strolled, purposefully, past some very impressive properties.  Back in the day (1970's) you could walk across the grounds in front of Chequers and Cliveden.  I'm not a fan of the National Trust, so love walking across the grounds at Croome and Saltram .... just because I can!

I seem to remember, back in the 60s, wandering into Downing Street after the clubs kicked out.
We'd ask the bobby on duty, "Is he in tonight?"
This usually elicited a reply along the lines of: "I'm not at liberty to tell you that, sir."
Even if we'd had a few, there was just good-natured banter and we didn't overstay our welcome. Of course, totally unimaginable nowadays, which is rather sad.

You can still walk past Chequers (at a distance) and across the drive. There's not even a fence - just a lot of warning signs telling you not to cross a certain point, though there are a lot of surveillance cameras these days so I'd imagine action would be swift if you chose to ignore them.
