    Do you mean the very far right of the picture? That is where the part of the house with the problem meets the original house (lead valley above) at a 90 degree angle.

    We’re completely stumped. Today’s roofer/builder says all gutters are fine, took tiles off where the wet patch is and says it’s all dry under there and looks good. Suggesting it may be condensation but it seems quite extreme? Any other ideas would be welcome!
