All amicably resolved. Saga have offered me a payment of £150 as compensation for their mistakes and for my time and trouble. They have also recorded the policy as “ended” and not cancelled (many thanks tacpot12 for flagging this one up). Quite happy with this outcome. Thanks again for all contributions.3
