E-readers/notepads

Hi.

Interested in getting an enote reader, however, it only makes sense if it does exactly what I need it to. These simple things are

1 can be used as a digital notepad to help me store meeting notes, to-do lists etc

2-is easy to read from (ie like a kindle)

3-is easy to write on (not like a normal glass display with no friction

4-allows me to highlight passages on PDFs which digitally mark a section

4a-syncs to the cloud and allows the aforementioned PDFs to be uploaded with highlighted sections in place (ie like using the highlighter tool in Adobe acrobat reader).

So, I've seen a couple and most go on about all the gadgetry stuff I don't need such as the ability to draw pictures etc. Also, they all seem to be £400+....

Anyone any experience of these things?
