New Quooker dispensing grey water!

We had a new Quooker (Flex) installed yesterday, along with a Quooker Scale Control Plus. We have just discovered that the boiler is dispensing grey tinted water. Normal (unboiled) water is clear. I've just emailed Quooker support to seek their advice, but was wondering whether any other Quooker owners had experienced this with a new unit?

Does it say you should flush a few gallons through before using? My filters pass grey water until flushed as per the instructions.Tall, dark & handsome. Well two out of three ain't bad.0

The instructions say that you should run the tap until the water runs clear. The installer did that, and it was running clear when he left, but no longer. I'm wondering at what point we can trust it to run clear water every time??0

If you fill a glass vessel, does it eventually clear?0

Yes, the 2nd or 3rd cup is clear. Then a few minutes later grey againcoffeehound said:If you fill a glass vessel, does it eventually clear?0 -
