Create a wiki-style website...?

I want to create a site that's a bit like Wikipedia (closer to the Arch Linux Wiki), but with my own tiny handful of topics and articles that no one else can edit.  The site should be as basic as possible -- no adverts, no user-tracking, cookies, fancy scripts, etc.  I don't care if it doesn't appear in Google searches.  It's just "for fun".

Is something like that possible?  Can anyone suggest a (free?) web-design setup so I can create a mini-wiki-website?

===============

I already have a domain name that I use for email forwarding.  Years ago, I had a website using hand-written HTML/CSS. It worked perfectly and was fully compliant with web-design standards, but was tedious to maintain/update. So I know the old-school basics...  But nothing about modern web-design.

Cheers :-)

    https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/MediaWiki is what powers Wiki.  You can download and install it on a web server.

    I use google.
    I get a hostname and redirect, and can use that as a "home web" page. You get some features for free - like a blog/wiki - and you get the domain as well. £10 a year.

    I am a software developer for legal products in a blue chip company. Been in the Industry for 32 years and developed (and investigated) computer software systems and apps for over 2 decades....
    There's no such thing as "FREE" in I.T. Never. "Free" means you give your life data to someone you don't know for "free". I don't know anyone who reads the T&Cs in pages of legal bumpf when creating an account on Facebook, Whatsapp, Instagram, Alexa (REALLY really bad by the way) and even Google.

    I would say in defence though, I have owned a google account since 2002 and never had any problems with cyber security and the Google protections are class leading. Very good. I do not use Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram blah blah and absolutely no way *ever* , would use Amazon's Alexa. NO WAY.
