I done a online shop with Sainsburys on the 8th January everything fine would be delivered on the 12th well 12th came and went nothing arrived and no explanation why. tried phoning same night but no answer, phoned customer care line next day no joy but seen they had taken my money out my account and asked for it back yes fine will take 3-5 working days here we are on the 29th and still no refund , phoned again today and it will be another 3-5 working days , how can they fob people off like this and get away with it
