It all began in March last year.
Marbles offered me a 0% money transfer for 12 months all I had to do was enter my bank details and they would transfer the money.
This is where it gets tricky it wouldn't let me complete the transfer so I called marbles and they said it's due to my account not being on the transunion file.
Called transunion they said I need to contact my bank, Halifax say they are sorry and gave me a £115 for the error and that they will make do there mistake.
After 10 months and about 40+ calls to Halifax and transunion I'm still no better off.
Today Halifax called to say the reason it's not on my file is that transunion have suppressed my account and I am to contact them and its not at all down to Halifax that I'm in this situation.
Called transunion they said they can't suppress an account without authorisation.
The reason all this started was I got covid and was out of work and as such ran up some debt the offer was a god send but as I was unable to get the money I had to get a loan and it wasn't the best Apr.
What I would like to know is what do I do next are Halifax right or is it transunion they won't talk to each other due to data protection I'm told so I can't find a resolution to this my axis still not on transunion and hasn't been since I opened the account in 2012 any advice would be greatly appreciated thanks for any help or advice you may have

You could have saved yourself 40 phone calls, and a whole lot of time by escalating your complaint to the ICO when you first hit a brick wall.
They deal with all data issues that can`t be resolved by the creditor.
You need to include both companies in your complaint, eventually the truth will be out.
