Driving test / theory test

My boys theory test runs out in may so if his driving test gets cancelled in march will he have to do his theory test again and if so will he lose is money on his driving test

    If his practical test is cancelled and he can't rebook, I can't see how he wouldn't get a refund.
    Can he resit his theory test before March, or is that not allowed?

    If there were any March spaces left they probably won't let him book one.
