If you have a query on your NW credit card, don't ring the 0845 number, call 0800 0350345. It's actually the activation line, but if you apologise, they'll put you through to CS.

I have just used 'saynoto0870' to find a geographical number (free with my broadband home hub option). I inserted the 0845 number and up popped the geographical one that I used. It's worth doing it for all numbers that are not geographical, it can save toy a fortune.
