Apeer Doors - has anyone used them?

My pvc front door is on the blink so it's finally time to splash out on one of the lovely coloured composite doors I've long admired on my neighbours' homes! I've been doing some research over the past few weeks and it seems Apeer doors have the ideal colour choice and there is a local fitter - but I can't find many reviews about them online. Does anyone have an Apeer door that would be willing to share their experience? Thank you!

Yes I bought an Apeer composite door in April 2022. Unfortunately so far the installer has been unable to rectify draft entering my house under the door. We are awaiting more from the installer who claims he is liaising with Apeer. Has anyone experienced similar problems?0

Despite being in London the two nearest suppliers I've contacted don't over my area and Apeer themselves have not responded to the initial enquiry or follow up message.0
