2.COMPETITION MECHANIC AND HOW TO WIN

This is a shared prize fund across 79 Bauer Media stations. There will be 21 winners of the Competition in total. The prize winners will be chosen at random from the persons who successfully answer the question and submit their details. All correct entries will be pooled and winners are selected by electric random draw.

3. ENTRY PERIOD Entries must be submitted during the following entry period:

From 00:00 Friday 29th January 2021 (the “Start Time”) to 23:59 Friday 5th February 2021 (“End Time”).

Entries received before the Start Time or after the End Time will be invalid.

However if the winner cannot be contacted within 14 days from the date of the initial attempt to contact them then we will re-draw until we draw a winner that we are satisfied (in our sole discretion) fulfils all of the eligibility criteria and is in compliance with these Terms.

4. ENTRY RESTRICTIONS

• Open to UK , Channel Island and Isle of Man residents aged 18 years or over on date of entry.

• Our employees (and their family members) or employees of any company involved in the Competition, including any Prize Provider, are not permitted to enter.

• We reserve the right to disqualify any entrant or winner who does not comply with any of the eligibility criteria and/or is in breach of these Terms. We reserve the right to repeat the competition mechanic or any stage of it in order to draw a winner that fulfils all of the eligibility criteria and is in compliance with these Terms.

5. THE PRIZE **THIS IS A SHARED PRIZE FUND ACROSS 79 UK COMMERCIAL RADIO STATIONS**

21 winners will each receive the following prize (the “Prize”):

1 x Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra 5G phone with Wireless PowerShare, 12GB RAM, 6.8", 5G, SIM Free, 256GB

The Prize is provided by Element – The Prize and Incentive People (the “Prize Provider”). We are not responsible for any aspect of the Prize, including unsatisfactory quality or late delivery or a prize winner being unable to take up any aspect, or the entirety of the prize due to their own circumstances or restrictions

*Proof of ID and Address will need to be provided to Bauer Media. Once the winners have passed the winners checks, the winners name, phone number, email and address will be sent in a password protected document to Element -The Prize and Incentive People and they will be sending the prizes out to all winners.

All prizes are subject to availability. In the event that any of the products listed above are unavailable, alternative products of equal value will be provided; Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, there may be extended delays to deliveries; We will endeavour to get products delivered to winners as quickly as possible. All elements of the prize are subject to availability; prize is non-refundable and non-transferable; no cash alternative is available; prize may need to be signed for on delivery and it is the recipient’s responsibility to ensure that all items are present, correct and undamaged; recipient may need to provide ID on delivery; It is the responsibility of the winner or the winner’s parent/guardian to provide the correct delivery information to prize provider; items will be delivered to one address within mainland UK; phone colour is subject to availability; prizes will be delivered within 28 days (subject to possible delays due to Covid-19 and the manufacturer’s stock levels) of confirming delivery address with prize provider (Element London Ltd).
