My Gold card, which has good terms and conditions, has been replaced with a member’s card without my request. Nationwide have stopped my Gold card against my wishes. Can they do this with changed T&Cs?

Yes they can change your credit card to a different one if they want to, and issue you with different T&Cs.BonnieBoy said:My Gold card, which has good terms and conditions, has been replaced with a member’s card without my request. Can they do this with changed T&Cs?You can choose not to accept the change, which will mean that NationWide will close your credit card account to further spending and any balance you have will be repaid under your old terms and conditions. This means you will have to find a different credit card provider.Time is a path from the past to the future and back again. The present is the crossroads of both. :cool:4 -
If you got the offer on the members card then that's great. I'd not be so quick to close it if so.0
