Cash generator buy back agreements

I’m looking for some help and advice please.
I have a piece of jewellery on a loan buy back agreement with Cash Generator.
The store is closed following the government Covid instructions.
I’ve been extending the agreement by paying online every month, I can’t settle my agreement and get my good back because they are closed.
is there any legislation that can force them to extend my agreement end date so I don’t have to keep paying every month?
I can’t find any information on their website!
thanks 🙏🏼

Have you tried to contact them by telephone, e-mail, on-line form?
I wonder whether they are permitted to return the item to you on a "click-and-collect" type of basis?
EDIT: This is on their website:

I had my Pandora bracelet in Cash Generator in the first lockdown- I didn’t pay anything and when the shop re-opened, I just went in, paid the fee to get it back, and was given it back.*The RK and FF fan club* #Family*Don’t Be Bitter- Glitter!* #LotsOfLove ‘Darling you’re my blood, you have my heartbeat’ Dad 20.02.201
