Motability scheme

Hi
    I had a car on the motability scheme and was subsequently banned from the scheme and had to return my vehicle due to road traffic offences.
My question is, although I am not able to have another vehicle for 3yrs would i be able to have a mobility scooter on the scheme

Mobility scooters are still part of Motability, so if Motability have banned you because of your previous behaviour, I'd hazard a guess that the answer is no.

Only Motability will be able to give you an authoritative answer, though...

You can still get hold of a scooter through other sources, of course.
