Possible reclaim CPP dating back to 2003?

Hi, Just checking if it’s still possible to reclaim CPP payments from 2003? I understand the compensation scheme has closed for card protection taken out from 2005 onwards, but wondering if a claim can still be made for protection taken out in 2003?
