Can I claim compensation regarding ridiculous delivery time for my 2 sofas. I ordered them in August 2020, with expected delivery date in November 2020. That date was deferred to 04/01/21, then deferred again to 21/02/21, and now has been pushed back to - "We’re expecting to receive your furniture on 07/03/2021"

You aren't entitled to any so it's not about claiming as such, but there's no harm in asking.  From the numerous similar situations described on here, there are clearly major difficulties getting hold of materials, delays to manufacturing processes and then problems with distribution.  It's not ridiculous, you ordered these items in the midst of a pandemic, so it was reasonable to assume there might be delays.  You can of course cancel your order and get a full refund.  If you don't want to do so, you'll just have to be patient.

I remember Gary Jacobs on the radio years ago (sadly missed), an excellent consumer lawyer and broadcaster. He always said to insert a clause when buying furniture suites to make "time of the essence". Otherwise they can pretty much push you back until the end of time. It's very common with all these sofa sheds unfortunately.
