No British Gas tariffs appear in MSE Cheap Energy Club comparisons

Hi, My British Gas tariff ends soon, so I log in as usual to the Cheap Energy Club to view tariff options. I want to stay with British Gas, but no British Gas tariff options appear at all. Any ideas why ?

Welcome to the forum.

Because it knows you are with British Gas, so it hides their results.  It's been broken for years.  Tell the CEC you are with someone else and you'll get a different set of results.

Better still, use Citizens Advice and 'Which? Switch' to see the full market.

But there is an option there to "select existing supplier" (and it has my current BG tariff recorded correctly). I used this last year, it worked then !

I also use CEC, as well as other comparison sites, and BG does not show up for me either even when I select existing supplier.
