Shell energy

I've moved to shell energy 25 December officially 29 December and yet it's the 27 January and I STILL can't view any useable in my app, why does it take so long for all of this, they are saying is going to take until 20 Feb! Before seeing any useable!

I can see you have switched to Shell Energy at the end of last year 29th Dec 2020.

The account is not fully active yet-the reason is we are awaiting more information from the industry which may take a month time from the start supply date.

For your app to show all the information, firstly an opening bill must be created, your account must be fully active and smart meter synchronized with us.
For the first bill to be created, as regulated by the Energy industry this may the up to 6 weeks.

I have checked an estimated date when the first bill will be created, this will be around the 20th of February.
You will be able to access this e-bill on the app once the bill is created.

Once we have a long period of usage we are able to provide graphs on the app that show your usage.
