Kitchen sink

Hi all, I wonder if you can clarify something for me please. I bought a new kitchen sink and taps from n online source presuming that I was buying a British item as the manufacturer was registered in England.  I have just received delivery and the item was manufactured in UAE and is around £50 cheaper in other shops. I have contacted the company I bought from and they are stating they they have the right to sell the Uae product under their own brand name. I have told them its very misleading, they have offered  refund at my expense to return which is £30  or  a £15 discount.
Are they allowed to do this? I bought through PayPal and am tempted to open  dispute. Any help would be grateful

Do they claim everything they sell is made by them and in the UK?

Many companies put their brand to third party goods and manufacture in multiple countries, all of which is fine as long as not against their marketing materials

Thanks for your comments. The sink they sent me is widely available under its own branded name which is how it turned up today. They haven't even repackaged into their own brand. 
I presumed the company was English as had an English name and company address.

There's nothing on there to state or imply that the sink is manufactured in the UK. Just because the manufacturer is a British company, doesn't mean that there manufacturing facilities are based here and overseas manufacturing is something carried out by a great many different countries.

The point I'm making is the sink that was delivered is a different make to what I ordered as seen in the photo. There is no mention on the link that this is a rak sink and this sells at many other suppliers for about 50 less.

If you open a dispute on Paypal, you will likely win the case - which means you can return the item - but you must return it at your expense via an online trackable means (no exceptions).
