No completion no fee

I’m very close to exchange on my sale and purchase. The sale side has been done several weeks back with contract and Tr1 form all sent back to solicitors. The purchase side is on the answer to the enquires and my solicitor received them last Tuesday but only started reviewing them this Monday. He emailed the sellers solicitor on four points on Monday and received part of the replies back.
I have informed him my buyer is going abroad on 10th February and wants to complete before he goes.
The EA on the sale and purchase are excellent and are pushing the solicitors to get things done.
If the buyer pulls out of sale, will I still be charged my solicitor costs even though it’s no completion no fee?

You will have to pay costs such as searches.1

Like I said on the other thread:
It depends exactly on their terms (which you can see and we can't!). Though "no completion no fee" suggests not, other than any third party costs they might have paid.

It through digital move platform. The quote does say no completion no fee.0

There is no requirement for your buyer to be in the UK on completion day. All he has to do before leaving is sign the contract and ensure the funds are in place.
No free lunch, and no free laptop

I had to use gift deposit which is not included in the quote. The conveyor assistant has not informed of the cost of gift deposit letter. I probably have to pay for that.0

Did they not give you a full list of fees when you instructed them?
Mine frustratingly didn't include the fee for a gifted deposit it in my quote even though I specified it in my enquiry but I did see the full list of fees before I signed the documents to get the process started so I was aware of it before I had incurred any costs.0 -
Why the new thread? As for the question, we can't read your contract. Only you can.

I have a feeling the buyer is bluffing to get the sale done as my sale contract were sent back several weeks back. The purchase side is dragging on because conveyancer keeps sitting on enquires and did not review answer to enquires for a week. He requested further information regarding enquires.
i have told him I require 9th February completion has the buyer is going abroad on 10th February.

Digital Move is just a platform used for communicating with your solicitor. It's the terms from your solicitor that you need to look at.Slips36 said:It through digital move platform. The quote does say no completion no fee.0
