1. The Promoter: Mars Wrigley Confectionery UK Limited, 3D Dundee Road, Slough, Berkshire, SL1 4LG.

2. Eligibility: This promotion is open to UK residents, aged 18 years or over at the date of entry, excluding employees of the Promoter and their immediate families, associated agents or anyone professionally connected with the draw.

3. Promotional Period: The promotion will run from 00:00:01 on 04.01.2021 to 23:59:59 on 05.04.2021.

4. Entry Instructions: To enter, text BUNNIES to 78866. No purchase necessary. Participants submitting a valid text entry will receive a text message thanking them for entering the promotion. Time taken to receive this text message may vary. A text entry will be charged at your standard network rate (and may not be included within any free text packages). Please check with the bill payer before sending a text entry.

5. A maximum of one entry per week can be submitted per person.

6. The Prize: There are sixty-nine cash prizes to be won during the Promotional Period, allocated randomly across 13 weekly draws. The prize split is as follows:

7. Selection Process: Weekly prize winners will be selected from all valid entries via a randomised computer process on the Monday following the end of each weekly period set out in Condition 6 above. Unsuccessful entries in a weekly draw will not be carried over to subsequent weekly draws.

8. Prize Redemption: Winners of the x3 £1,000 cash prizes will be contacted via the mobile phone number used to enter the promotion and asked to confirm bank account details. These three winners will be sent their £1000 cash prize via BACS transfer. The remaining cash prize winners will be notified by text message and will be provided with details as to how they can claim their cash prize via cash machines nationwide. The notification text will contain instructions on how to claim their prize (including a unique PIN code) which will allow a winner to instantly collect the cash prize from one of over 15,000 participating cash machines across the UK. Neither bank account details nor bank card will be required to collect a cash prize via the cash machine. A cash prize collected from a cash machine can only be claimed in a single withdrawal.

9. Winner selection is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into, except with the winners.

10. Bulk entries, entries submitted via agents, third parties, organised groups or those automatically generated by computer will not be accepted but may still be charged. Entries received by any other means (e.g. post) will be rejected. Any person persistently trying to circumvent the entry process will be disqualified immediately.

11. In the event of a mobile phone being lost, stolen or damaged or a number being changed, the Promoter is unable to retrieve or transfer an existing entry to a new mobile number.

12. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Promoter and its agents assume no responsibility and are not liable for any person whose mobile phone is used to enter without the owner's permission. The bill payer is accepted as the entrant and should their mobile number be selected as a winner they will be the sole claimant of the prize.

13. Prizes are as stated, are not for exchange and no other prize alternatives are available. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Promoter, a prize will only be awarded directly to the entrant responsible for the mobile phone number against which the winning text entry was registered.

14. General: The Promoter cannot accept any responsibility for (i) any entries/claims which fail to be registered or are delayed for any technical or other reason whatsoever, (ii) a £1000 cash prize not being received as a result of the winner having provided incorrect bank account details, or (iii) a winner deleting the text message providing their unique PIN code before claiming their cash prize from a cash machine.

15.The winners' mobile phone numbers will be retained for 30 days after the conclusion of the Promotional Period to allow the Promoter to arrange for delivery of notification texts providing claim instructions and cash machine PIN codes and to deal with any queries from prize winners. Bank account details of the three £1000 winners will also be retained for this 30-day period, to allow for the BACS transfer to be made. A winner can request for their phone number and contact details to be deleted before the expiry of this period by writing to Bunnies 2021 Text 2 Win Details Deletion, c/o Brand Manager, Mars Wrigley Confectionery UK Ltd, 3D Dundee Road, Slough SL1 4LG, although the Promoter cannot be held responsible if such request means that it is unable to ensure that the winner receives their BACS transfer or text notification (including the required PIN code) or assist them following deletion of their details.

16. Except where prize winner(s) have notified the Promoter that they do not want their details shared, prize winners’ details (abbreviated names and counties of residence only) will be available for a period of 30 days by sending a stamped addressed envelope to Bunnies 2021 Text 2 Win Winners c/o Brand Manager, Mars Wrigley Confectionery UK Ltd, 3D Dundee Road, Slough SL1 4LG, between 09.04.2021 – 08.05.2021.

17. Prize winners may be asked to take part in reasonable publicity in connection with the promotion with no recompense, during the 30-day period referenced in Condition 15 when their details are being retained, except where a prize winner has requested for their details not to be publicised.

18. The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries including but not limited to asking for a winner's identity details (which they must provide within 14 days but which will not be retained following verification by the Promoter) and to refuse to award a prize or withdraw the prize entitlement and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or any instructions forming part of the entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the promotion or won a prize using fraudulent means.

19. In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this promotion, the weekly prize draws or the awarding of prizes, the Promoter reserves the right to suspend the promotion or amend these terms and conditions, at any stage, with no liability to any entrants or third parties, but will always endeavour to minimise the effect in order to avoid undue disappointment.

20. This promotion and these terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and the parties to any dispute or action shall submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

21. Participation in any weekly draw shall constitute an entrant's acceptance of these terms and conditions and their agreement to be bound by them.

22. Any personal details provided by unsuccessful entrants when participating in the promotion will be used for administrative purposes only and will be deleted once all prizes have been awarded to the winners. The winners' details will be held and subsequently deleted in accordance with Condition 15.
