Who do I turn to next?

Help please!  I purchased a Radley bag in October 2020 but by December the stitching had all come out from one of the strap attachments.  I did not over-load the bag at all so can only assume it was faulty when I bought it and didn’t notice.  I’ve tried phoning but the number rings out, I’ve emailed customer services 3 times but never received an acknowledgement and I can’t go back to the shop, which is 66 miles away, due to current travel restrictions.  Who can I contact to help me???  TIA

do you have the number of the shop? Call them - your contract is with them.

You are aware there is this virus thing going around at the moment and non-essential shops have been forced to close?

Who are you trying to phone? Radley or the shop?

Your contract is with the shop and so your strongest rights are with them too. If its not a large chain its very possible the shop is closed and so obviously no one there to answer telephone calls. You'd have hoped they'd have redirected calls, set up web selling etc but not all companies have.

Have you tried emailing the shop if you arent able to get through via phone? At least you know that can be picked up anywhere in the world unlike a phonecall to a landline etc.
