Hi
Just wanted to know once a final date has been given to you in writing, can this be then changed by your employers???

Do you want to leave earlier than the end of your notice period (eg to begin a new job elsewhere)?0 -
Redundancy can be withdrawn right upto last day.
Same job or suitable alternative.
You can still leave on that day without redundancy
If you want to leave early you can use counter notice but there are rules that need to be considered carefully.0 -
