Car Insurance Claim - What normally happens now?

Hello, sorry if this is a stupid question - I've been lucky to never make a claim until now!
So I crashed into a telegraph pole this morning. Insured fully comp with Aviva and filled out online form to make the claim + sent photo ect. Damage to front wing, bonnet, bumper and passenger light. Couldn't put a cost on it, but if I was to guess i'd say 1.5k+ to fix by the time its sprayed ect. Thats the obvious damage anyway! Value of van is maybe 3-4K. 11 year old Caddy.
Had a phone call from 'Copart' - whom have been advised to collect on behalf of Aviva. A quick google and I was surprised to see they are a salvage and auction yard.
Maybe i'm reading to much into it, but is it a clue they intend to write it off? Or does this mean nothing and it can go either way.
I appreciate there will be more to it, but i'm just trying to gleam an insight and see if its an obvious clue from someone who knows a bit more than me!
Many thanks

I’m not good at vehicle repair estimates but 1.5k seems light at main repairer prices factoring in paint blending etc.
ultimately speak to your insurers if you want to know but I’d not be very surprised if they’re intending to write it off0 -
As above , at dealer prices a new wing , bonnet , bumper and headlight unit could easily exceed £3000 .0

You have listed the damaged parts you can see, once stripped there may well be more damage to various crash boxes etc which are designed to collapse in event of an accident.
Prepping and painting will be four figures so expect a write off.0 -
If copart are involved it is likely they are intending to write the vehicle off. Most insurers would not risk the vehicle going to copart if they weren’t pretty certain about writing it off as cars aren’t treated with the best care there (being a salvage agents) so can come away with more damage from things like fork lifts.I’d give your insurer a call to get some clarification but it seems like a write off in their eyes.A 1.5k guesstimate could end up being double that going through an approved repairer using new parts etc0
