I've had an email, a text and a phone call within a few minutes of entering.  The guy who phoned me said the competition was only open for those who switch their broadband to them.  I'd avoid if you don't want to be spammed.

Also, I'd like to point out that they call you from a local (to you) number.  A practice I find quite dishonest.
