Public Liability Insurance (New) policies for Carers?

Within current covid restrictions, i am trying to source some P.L. Insurance cover for a sole trader Carer. This is proving to be tricky as lots of the usual insurance providers are saying they are not covering P.L. for this profession now! Online quotation forms are rejected! Any recommendations? or known providers please?

Why not use the services as a broker?1

Thanks, tried that & they haven’t found a company that will proceed with the enquiry once they see the word ‘Carer!’0

Try a different broker, and ideally one with access into Lloyds. I would be surprised if no one was willing to write the business but you may not like the price1

Have you tried Trade Bodies or Professional Associations as cover is often included or optional1
