Clean Air Claims - is it worth it and what is the risk?

Hi All
Apologies if this isn't in the right section but I saw an advert for a company saying that diesel vehicles between 2008 and 2016 could be eligible to claim money back following the breach of the emission regulations. 
Has anyone used anything like this before and if so, was it worth it?

These have been kicking around for a few years, initially with VW, latterly with other manufacturers.

Simply put... what is your loss? How much...?

If the lawyers win the case for you, how much do they keep of the recompense you are due for your losses?
If they lose the case, how much do you owe them?

ever thought you may be scammed by these companies? like I heard nothing on my claim which was ages ago  I know they have been paid because, as of now I cannot claim on any other site  I've checked on the tax returns they had a lot of money go through their accounts millions in fact, but I ring erm up and they fob me off saying it still with VW  it been nearly three years  now
