With only £325k available unless you have some solid comparison examples I would get the house valued by a pro.
Some EA have qualified on their books and will do a report free/cheap if the place is going to be sold some will charge whatever.0 -
If the house was being kept then I'd agree. But if it is going to be sold asap then wouldn't a pro valuation be a waste of money (assuming they would charge), because it will only be an interim figure for probate and will be revisited again when the house is sold, whereupon there is no doubt about the value.getmore4less said:With only £325k available unless you have some solid comparison examples I would get the house valued by a pro.
