I've updated the last paragraph in the letter to my MP... I don't really follow the process of parliament very well, does this sound right?
-----------------------------------
I beg you to consider taking these earlier suggestions through to parliament, to take these cowboy parking companies to task. It has been months since the Code of Practice drafts went to public consultation. Don’t let the parking industry’s barrage on the consult slow it down, get it moving again. For me and my family, you can contact the CEO of MOTO and ask him to cancel our parking charge. His email is Ken.McMeikan@moto-way.co.uk and the reference number for our PCN is XXXXXX. You can also persuade Mr McMeikan to reconsider his company’s association with parking companies like CP Plus, and you can bolster the Parking Act 2019 with your own suggestions. Do these things and you will be doing your constituents a service indeed.

I'm wondering if it would look bad in court if I don't respond to emails out of business hour or on weekends? I could really use a break from this BS.0

Right. Complaint made to the BPA. This sharp practice has to stop.moonpie1963 said:Here's a link to the doc: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1faQVPoJulmEE24Bhy05e8UHwWZexmn57/view?usp=sharingPRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

It's entirely fine to manage your time. Courts work to week days. Take a break.I'd sue them. Unlawful denial of a sar. No warning. They know what they're doing.4

No it will not look bad in court. You have a life, and far more important things to manage than a scamvoice from a bunch of unregulated scammers.
Breaks during any job are necessary to let the mind and body recover.

An exciting update. I got an email from Mr McKeikan saying they would cancel my PCN! CP Plus has also accepted my redacted utility bill and original PCN as verification and have sent a suspiciously short list of items for my SAR. It includes just the 3 notices they sent me in 2015 and 2016, the email I sent them but not their response, a copy of the letter they're sending confirming our cancellation, and a redacted form sent from MOTO which is a list of other cancellation requests. I thought you might be amused to interpret the blackouts based on my one clear entry so here's a link: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1piuXAxSd0FC376_2bcDNY_bdmixDtKuN/view?usp=sharing
I'm going to take a break from this, but I still may get to some more complaining, etc next week. I feel like I could do more to bring the point home, rather than allowing myself to be silenced as a 'goodwill gesture'.4 -
Wow, almost 40 cancellation requests due to complaints on one email from MOTO.moonpie1963 said:

The sad thing is all the people who didn't think to complain to MOTO or who are not getting their letters/claims forms and will get a CCJ behind their back, if they've moved house in the meantime.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

the ceo of Moto should instruct cp plus to cancel ALL unpaid tickets issued after 2014 , and to action on any that have progressed to court claims
now , this minute , and if I hear of one more case you are fired ,

Thanks for sharing that list, @moonpie1963 - I've received my SAR request details back through and they've included a letter of cancellation as well as my redacted version of the same list (my invoice is actually the one under yours). I'm grateful I decided to send the complaint to Moto when I did (I had only sent it the morning of the 11th Feb).
In case of any future readers - here's the reason why complaining to the motorway services company is always a good Plan A!
