Flight from UK to Brazil for BrazilIian national

My GF has already had a flight to Brazil cancelled once and she wants to go back asap. It seems that she can fly via Frankfurt or Madrid but when researching it is my understanding that you cannot fly from the UK to these countries. Is this correct? I understand she needs a PCR within 72hrs of last flight. I just don't want her to be stranded as she doesn't plan on coming out of airport just waiting in the terminal for the interconnecting flight. Is it worth booking the flight?

Flying is not the only option for travel to Fft or Madrid, both are easily accessible by rail from London, subject to the existing entry restrictions for France, Germany and Spain.

Just be careful as talk is Germany may start to put restrictions on international flights into their country.
