Hi All,

I had my holiday cancelled may 2020 to Mexico and opted to stick with tui and receive a refund credit code and re book to receive a 20% incentive. I have rescheduled to go away on April 8 2021. With this looking ominous and due to concerns I want to use my refund credit code to request a full refund. Am I entitled to this? Two members of there team have not shown clarity! Anyone else in the same position?

  • If you have been offered a voucher and have accepted it then you wouldn't be entiled to a refund if you have rebooked a holiday and it is due to go ahead.
If your holiday in April is cancelled then they will usually give you a refund via the same method i.e a credit voucher. However if that happens nothing to prevent you from asking though.
