Limiting Paypal Payments from the EU

This is not ebay related but there are PP experts on here who I hope can help.

I want to stop, for the moment at least, orders from the EU being taken on my web site.  I can stop them within the site if people choose to pay with a card, but if people opt to use Paypal this is bypassed and the order goes through. 

I don't want to stop PP payments entirely as a good percentage of customers choose to pay this way, but can I stop payments being received from individual countries within PP itself?
