LMAO. So true. Errr, not that it's ever happened to me, honest.
I have had the "real" excuse of showing property where, in one flat, the tennant and his mates were sitting smoking a bong, and in one 2-bed house where the tennant, his wife and their 5 children were cooking food over a fire in the middle of the living room floor
Also showing a rented flat with harnesses hung up in the bedroom and condoms, baby wipes and sex toys neatly arranged on the bedside table...They deem him their worst enemy who tells them the truth. -- Plato0 -
I was taken to see a house by an agent (in NZ, where they work hard for their massive fee). He had trouble finding the key, which wasn't where he expected it to be, but then we got in. It was gorgeous and I was about to say Yes Yes Yes ... and then a naked Dutchman walked in, bearing a weapon of some sort. Oops, wrong house. The right house wasn't nearly as nice.Mortgage started on 22.5.09 : £129,600Overpayments to date: £3000June grocery challenge: 400/6000
