Go to the NEWBIE sticky and read second post. Also search for and read replies by @henrik777.  However, if this started off as a council ticket, you might be better off going to a site called Pepipoo.

Is this related to parking (private or council), or speeding, or what?  This will help determine the advice for you to take this forward.

so far i got this to go!

set aside a judgment, or an order that has been made either without your knowledge or in your absence, and that you disagree with the decision made.

just need to put it in the correct way for the court to accept.

The small claims court is not involved with council parking penalties.  Is this a High Court Enforcement situation?  How much is the penalty charge now being pursued?

This OP mustn't start reading the NEWBIES thread or flailing around with a N244 if it's a Council PCN.

They need to post on pepipoo here and find out about TEC forms instead:

    http://forums.pepipoo.com/index.php?showforum=30

go to take the n244 to county court
    NONONO.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top of this/any page where it says:
Home»Motoring»Parking Tickets Fines & Parking - read the NEWBIES THREAD

    NO YOU DO NOT
    YOU ARE WRONG
    Is that clear enough?
There is a set procedure for dealing with council penalty charges and it does not involve, AT ALL, the N244 and the county court
You MUST go to pepipoo, go to the council section and READ some threads, then post your own making sure it has the relevant facts and pictures of documents
You cannot use a N244. Cannot. It will be a complete waste of time and money
