Lenovo / digital river customer service

Wondered if anyone has had issues with the support recieved from Lenovo customer support and how you managed to resolve 
Bit of a back story ordered a £1800 laptop on dec 27 recieved dec 30 and it arrived broken faulty screen called to raise the issue and return to replace its now 26 days later and still waiting for a code from TNT to arrange collection have escalated so many times and still being fobbed off I need the laptop to be able to work and am losing money.
Anyone got any guidance or advice on how you would deal with this.

  • Lenovo / Digital River are probably the worst customer service company one can ever experience in UK. Ordered Lenovo ideapad 5 on 28/11/2020, display has yellow tint, technical services tried to help, no luck so I initiated the return process with technical resource. His return request was deemed invalid by Customer service (CS) team, so a new return request was raised on 21/12/2020 - still waiting for TNT to send an email for collection of the device. Raised an advance refund request on 13/01/2021 - still waiting for a proper update or approval even though they took a return affidavit from me that I will return the item smoothly once refund has been processed. 

    I tried to search for another section for Lenovo related issues but couldn't find one. Can someone provide the thread details and also advise what should I do to get my money refunded.

    Do a chargeback with credit your card now  , i had a faulty monitor delivered , its been 8 weeks so far and should be collected tomorrow and that's a headache in itself as you need to print off 5 copies of the invoice from the email otherwise TNT wont take it as the courier came yesterday and refused to take it no mention of this on the email from TNT !!!   ,already got a refund from my credit card
